Book a free 30-minute discovery call. If we both agree it is a fit, we sign a two-page statement of work and schedule a kickoff within one week.

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Mixpanel, G suite, Asana, Zendesk, Intercom and standard BI stacks. If you have a different stack we adapt after an access review.

Ninety-five percent remote. On-site workshops can be added at cost for travel and lodging.

Diagnostic is paid up front via Stripe or invoice. Fractional retainers are invoiced monthly with 14-day terms.

You can cancel the Diagnostic anytime before the final report and receive a full refund. Fractional services require at least 30-day notice.

Yes. A mutual NDA is included in the statement of work to protect your data and IP.

You receive a private Calendly link to book times that suit your time zone. Leader Accelerator sessions run 90 minutes; CS Ops sessions 75 minutes; group CSM sessions 60 minutes.

You get Slack or email access for follow-up questions, feedback on decks, or quick troubleshooting. Response time is under 24 hours on business days.

Leader and CS Ops coaching is one-to-one and non-transferable. CSM Growth Coaching allows substitutions up to 48 hours before the cohort start.

One reschedule per engagement is allowed with 24-hour notice. Group sessions are recorded; replays are provided, but refunds are not.
